We are looking for a Product Safety & Quality Assurance Manager who will take care of the following job description.
Job Description:
Maintain and apply knowledge of current policies and industrial processes; Inspect chemical hair products and safety equipment to identify and correct potential chemical hazards and to ensure product quality and safety. Instruct employee and staffs in quality control and safety measures; Analyze cosmetic product merchandise buying with the product safety conformance; Define regulatory constraints, safe handling and storage requirements, proper disposal, and shipping classifications for all new materials; Develop and communicate risk management alternatives that may include re-targeting markets, reformulating products, defining process safety controls, and/or terminating product development; Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories; Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; determining system improvements; implementing change.
