Jinny Beauty Supply Florida
Company and MDS Inc. are very pleased to announce a merger that
will create the new MDS Distributors of Miami. The two
companies, both leaders in their fields, are excited about the
opportunities that lie ahead in the growing Florida market and
its current and new international markets.
Mr. Tae Jhin, founder and CEO of Jinny Beauty Supply, brings
more than twenty four years of experience to this new company
and has seen Jinny Beauty Supply grow from a single Benjamin
Franklin type of retail store in Kenosha, Wisconsin to the
largest distributor of the multi-cultural beauty supply and general
merchandise in the world.
Mr. Michael Erasmous had a somewhat of a different beginning,
but brings a similar level of experience to the new company.
Born in Brooklyn, New York, Michael has been married for thirty
five years and has two children. A 1967 Bryant College graduate
with a major in accounting and later advanced studies at New
York University Michael started his work career with a sports
management firm in White Plains, New York that specialized in
all aspects of management and financial planning of professional
athletes. While working in this field, Michael met and formed
relationships with several sports figures of the 70's. In 1974
Michael and his wife moved to Florida and started MDS Beauty
Supply Inc. He has been a dominant figure in the South Florida
market for over 30 years.
We are very confident to say that with the combined experiences
of Mr. Tae Jhin, CEO of Jinny Beauty Supply Co. and Mr. Mike
Erasmous of MDS Inc, they have much to offer one to another and
to their new company, MDS Distributor of Miami.
When OTC Magazine asked each person's plan of actions for the
new company, Mr. Erasmous stated, "With the new merger, I wish
we could bring the same level of success that I could be proud
of in terms of integrity and establish a strong business to keep
the MDS Inc legacy for others to follow". "I look forward to
this new marriage in business that will be a new start for me."
Mr. Jhin states, "I truly would like build a new structure for
the current OTC retailers in the Florida market and to do
business with our true international customers with brand
awareness program to enlarge their horizons beyond what they
were accustom to in the past." "The time has come where we need
to help and support our OTC retailers in the Florida market to
help them rebuild their stores and to truly separate the
international market with the domestic market and to build a
stronger brand awareness that they have not seen in the past and
to educate and communicate to our international customers how to
achieve these goals in their markets."
